Garage Floor IPA
Named after an “unscheduled” loss of vital fluids (wort, not my vital fluids) onto the garage floor, still turned out to be my favourite IPA. This beer is a 6.0% ABV that has a full body but not overly heavy and with a big citrus hop taste but not too big and a nice light amber colour. A delicious balance of sweet and bitter. My personal favourite.
