Caldron Cream Ale

This Cream Ale was developed in the Caldrons of the great brew masters in days of old. Naw not really, but it is a great recipe if you enjoy a light creamy ale that is lightly hopped using a New Zealand Hop called Pacific Gem. A mild ale, creamy and pleasant and just a teeny bit fruity. Best brewed with the Wyeast 2112 California Lager, the “California Steam Beer” yeast.
