1 – Whirflock Tablet (Irish Moss) (15 min)
1.0 oz Golding [5.20%] (1 min)

1.0LB Blackberries

1.0LB Raspberries



Hit the mash temp at 156F exactly. Hold for 60 minutes and then sparge at 175F.

Ferment one week, move to Carboy and add pasteurized berries. Let stand two more weeks.

Bottle or keg as you wish. Be patient for 3 more weeks as it conditions then enjoy.
