Eclipse is a dual-purpose hop
that can be used in all hop additions throughout the brewing process.
When Eclipse is used in the whirlpool and dry hop, it brings an unmistakably sweet mandarin flavor to beer with strong notes of citrus peel and fresh pine needles.
