This lager strain is able to ferment at steamier temperatures than many lager strains, yet it still produces characteristic flavours. An underrated strain but gold for those in the know! The slightly lower attenuation works very well for malty lager styles such as Dunkel and Doppelbock in addition to American style steam beers.
