Grapefruit Peel - 1oz

Dried Grapefruit peel will add a fresh grapefruit citrus aroma and flavour to your brew. Recommended to add late in the boil or to your fermenter to preserve the aroma. 1-2oz is good amount for 5 gallons of beer.
