Liquor Quik Essence - Anisette - 20mL

Liquor Quik Essences for making liquors, cordials, and flavored spirits at home. The essence contains no alcohol. Simply add 1 bottle of essence to vodka or neutral spirits, add sugar or glycerine as per the recipe, and enjoy.

"Anisette (Pastis)" is a sweet aniseed flavored liqueur which emulsifies (becomes milky) when mixed with water. 20 mL (0.65 fl. oz.)

Instructions: Pour the contents of this bottle and 1 cup (230 g) of granulated sugar into a 35 fl. oz. (1 L) bottle. Fill with 26.5 fl. oz. (750 ml) of 20-25% ABV grain alcohol, neutral vodka or clarified LQ™ SuperYeast™/Turbo Yeast. Shake until the sugar has completely dissolved. If desired, thicken with 1 fl. oz. (29 ml) of glycerine.

Makes approximately 30 fl. oz. (850 ml)

Ingredients: Natural extracts, essential oils and propylene glycol.
