After countless requests for this recipe I went to work refining a clone. This IPA recipe is a very close copy of the great beer brewed at Central City. It's a fantastic IPA, not too heavy with a crisp citrus hop flavour and a perfect bitter/sweet balance.

I have had temperature control problems (my mismanagement). Kit still tolerates the errors and delivers a great In Your Face IPA!
