A Spanish strain great for Tempranillo, Barbera, Sangiovese and Zin. Improves mouthfeel, softens tannins, and enhances varietal characteristics. Emphases on dried plums, jammy fruit and hazelnuts. High alcohol tolerance to 17%. Use 1 gram per gallon.
