This is a traditional Vienna Lager and is best if lagered. Lots of malty flavour with good body and a crisp finish. The kit allows you to choose a cold fermenting W34/70 yeast as an upgrade.

I am giving a 5 for the past to present service and products you have supplied.
We haven't had a chance to sample our latest brew but it seems positive when we sampled the gravity test.
