A dry light true lager, hopped as per a classic Pilsner but toned down for balance with the lower malt bill. Featuring biscuity Pilsner malt, with flaked corn and a smidgeon of crystal & wheat malts. Pride of place is given to the sole use of Galena hops throughout: bittering, flavour, aroma, and dry-hop. Aromas of citrus, sweet fruits, black currant. Crisp, clean, and crushable. Mowing the lawn; fishing the lake; lounging on the beach; drifting down the Channel. Throw on your coolest shades and pull the bill of your favourite hat down low.
