Suitable for use in Wheat beers, Honey beers, Witbiers and Belgian Ales, Chamomile can impart subtle spicy flavours, fruit notes and floral aromatics. We recommend 0.5-2 oz per 5 gallons of beer, added at flameout/whirlpool or during secondary fermentation.
