Lemongrass can add citric qualities and hints of lemon zest, as well as obvious grassy notes. it has also been noted to add ginger-like flavours. We recommend adding at flameout/whirlpool or during secondary fermentation. Try it in a Saison with Grains of Paradise , add another layer of citrus to your lemony-hopped IPA, or brighten your Cider.
