We brew this “Little Summer” Saison typically during the time of the Mistral (on the cusp between Winter and Spring) for Summer imbibing. A pillowy bed of Belgian and German malts. Single-hopped with three hot-side additions of Mistral, it has a melon and citrus-like character with hints of Muscat grape or a wine-like character; perhaps even a titch of pear. Stripped-down for the Summer, yet still luxurious.
